Hello blog readers! Tonight I am preparing to escape Cooperstown for a camping trip after work tomorrow. So unfortunately, my next substantive post will have to wait.
Something caught my eye yesterday though, and I wanted to pass it along in case you missed it. This spring Gettysburg College and Gettysburg National Military Park are teaming up to offer an innovative 3-day conference on the future of Civil War history. The conference website is here, and it looks like a pretty amazing experience, with a lot of great names participating from the field.
